## Upstream terms

The source states its own terms in its copyright section:

## Compliance statement

This repository is published under that permission, and holds to it as follows:

- **Prominent link-back.** Every artifact, the README, and the landing page link to <https://meditationbook.page/> above the fold.
- **Staleness warning.** The upstream work is explicitly living. Every artifact states the pinned revision and its checksum, and warns that the reader's version may be out of date.
- **Non-commercial.** Nothing here is sold, licensed for a fee, ad-supported, or placed behind any access charge.
- **No fee-for-access.** The repository is public and the Companion is served free and static.
- **Light transformation, not republication.** The artifacts paraphrase and map rather than reproduce long passages; source anchors sit beside interpretations; compact instructions retain their contextual qualifiers; the reader is repeatedly returned to the living source.
