## Update order

## Integrity

The release verification task replaces `UNFINALIZED` with exact lowercase SHA-256 values after every file reaches final bytes. The index's own hash is recorded in the external verification report to avoid a self-referential checksum loop; its directive remains an explicit sentinel.
